carrying a cargo van behind 53' trailer?

HI,
i drive 53' trailer tandem axle and would like to know if i can carry cargo van behind, so that when i am taking off few days in different city, i can drive around or do small LTLs too? Any one have any idea what kind of license or permit i need for this?

not joke, what are the extra regulation for if we need to add one VAN or TRAILER behind the first trailer?

better buy a electric scooter for personal transportation, it's easier to pack, and I'm sure you can deliver pizza with one - google " Stator Electric Scooter"
