I have just emailed the contact at Link Logistics to let them know I still have an unpaid invoice that is overdue. If anyone else still has funds owed by Dutchman, get in touch with the Link to get them taken down again.

I received notification this week from the courthouse that a settlement conference has been scheduled for late November.

Within a couple days I started hearing from Dutchman's customer, no doubt getting antsy about the upcoming court date... Funny thing was, they were asking me if I had received Dutchman's cheque, because Tom has told them that he mailed it two weeks ago... Haahahahaa....

They emailed again today, to see if I've checked my mail yet... hahaahaa... Nothing yet...

Checked for kicks, Anco (actually Bankrupt) is also showing an account. Perhaps there is some lag time from when the account is suspended until it propogates throughout the system?

I mean, they could easily change the password for any account preventing the user(s) access but only purge 'dead' accounts quarterly or something.

At least we all know not to give or take freight from the deadbeats we discuss here.

Yes sir, they are still showing this morning... haahahaa.. It's like a game of whack a mole...

I emailed the Link to let them know they missed a spot...

Ironically, their Loadlink listing shows their Equifax rating as 2 days past due... haahahaa... Shows you how accurate those ratings are eh...

Ok, so Transcore has confirmed that when they suspend a member's account, the member will still show up in listings but they are unable to post on the board.

That's why we keep seeing Dutchman listed.

Is anyone out there seeing any actual postings from Dutchman?

So, the cheque that Tom from Dutchman mailed a few weeks ago must have been lost in the mail I guess... :cool:

That's ok. With the court date coming up, I'm sure Dutchman's customer has been hounding the crap out of him daily to cough up...

Sure enough, I received a new cheque by courier this past Monday, at just 140 days from invoice date!

The problem was with Dutchman for sure... One of them had already paid and I tipped the other one off before their invoice was due, so I think they held it just in case. There have been many emails back n forth with this group and I'm right in the middle...

Contact his client direct. Only thing that works, explain the situation etc. I know a member has his personal address - but the business address is gone. Contacted his customer & that's what got us paid, by Dutchman himself.
